Do you feel like things are just not quite where you want them to be? Perhaps burnout is getting the better of you. Maybe you have been struggling with feeling anxious, chronically stressed, depleted, depressed or unsatisfied with life. Have you tried working on improving these things before, only to find yourself right back where you started?
Perhaps you have been through some painful life experiences and you have been scared to open "Pandora's Box" to deal with them, because you are afraid of what might come out, or afraid that you might not be able to shut it again. The hard reality is that we are not living outside of the box. The box is not tucked neatly away in a corner, safe and quiet. We are inside the box with our stuff, and our stuff always seeps out and finds ways to disrupt our lives. Opening the box allows light and air in and allows you to look directly at what has been stored there, organize it in new, meaningful ways, and decide what you need to heal from, what you want to keep, and what is no longer serving you.
Having an experienced, caring, nonjudgmental coach that can provide a safe space to unpack, and guide you along the path is sometimes needed to go places you haven’t been before. ​

Massage Therapy and Reiki
Massage therapy is beneficial for more than just self-care and relaxation.
There is a growing body of research around the positive effects of massage therapy (physically and psychologically) when used in conjunction with mental health therapy.
Evidence reveals that massage therapy is beneficial for a multitude of mental and emotional distress, including general stress relief, as well as reduction in symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, seasonal affective disorder, ADHD and other attention/focus-related issues, and is found instrumental in the support of trauma healing.

Reiki is a form of energy healing that beautifully compliments other forms of healing, including massage and mental health therapy. Reiki operates under the assumption that a universal life force sustains all living organisms and that the body has a natural healing abilities that is stimulated through the Reiki practice. The focus of healing is on the mind-body connection, and offers a variety of positive benefits, including:
